Learn to create and glaze functional, decorative, and sculptural forms using a pottery wheel. This class focuses on developing your understanding of how to operate a potters wheel, while you learn to create the three basic wheel-thrown forms: cylinders/cups, bowls, and vases.

Supply List
Students will need to bring:
- Own set of Clay or Throwing Tools
- Large Cleaning Sponge
- Small clay work sponge
- Small to Medium sized Bucket for cleaning/ or for tool storage.
- Rags
***We recommend bringing your own plastic bags for wrapping and your own tool set.***
Students will be provided:
- Canvas for wedging at their tables
- Shelf space as close to their creation station as possible
- 1 bag of clay
