Beef Stroganoff with Scratch Gnocchi

Join Chef Alex and cook along as we make delicious beef stroganoff and gnocchi from scratch!  Gnocchi is a quick and easy pasta that kids and adults love to make and eat! Beef stroganoff is a classic simmered beef dish with mushrooms and onions. Together these make a great week-night dinner!  Class is for kids ages 9-12 with an adult. Please sign up for 1 “seat” per adult/child team.
