Join Chef Tiffiny for an evening of cooking and dining! Students will work in pairs to prepare an easy and delicious North-African Beef and Butternut Squash Tagine, couscous, and a light fruit dessert. A tagine is a cooking vessel and a cooking method unique to North Africa, iconic for its conical lid, which traps steam rising from the food below, keeping it moist as it cooks. Class is for ages 16+
