Baking without Gluten
Thursday, February 25 – 6:00-8:00pm EST
Join the Baker Hunt Chefs in a discussion of the science of preparing baked goods without gluten, followed by a bake-along lesson in making delicious fudge brownies without gluten! This is a Virtual/Online class, you will be baking from your kitchen at home.
*Online Classes require access to a a device that has a webcam and a reliable internet connection. Information will be sent out via the email you used to register for the class on how to access the class using google classroom.
