Baking Skills for the At-Home Chef
Mondays April 26 – May 17, 6:15-8:30pm
Join the Baker Hunt Chefs for a four week course on becoming a proficient home-baker! Beginner Level Class, ages 14+.
Week 1 – Weighing and Measuring, Creaming Method, Assorted Cookies, Baking Cakes
Week 2 – Preparing Buttercream Frosting, Cake and Cupcake Decorating Techniques
Week 3 – Chocolate techniques, Ganache, Chocolate Truffles, Pastry Cream
Week 4 – Pate au Choux, Eclairs and Profiteroles, Chocolate Glazes, Pastry Cream Fillings
All Baker Hunt students will be required to follow social distancing guidelines, must wear a mask, and will be temperature checked upon arrival to class. Please stay home if you are feeling sick.
