He will guide you through prepping 3 different Italian Inspired meals you can heat up throughout the week for fast, delicious, and home-made meals! Prep Chicken Marsala, Salmon Primavera, Beef Braciole “Crock-Pot” Prep, and Creamy Polenta! Ages 14+
