
Beef and Squash Tagine

Join Chef Tiffiny Dawson for an evening of cooking and dining! Students will work in pairs to prepare an easy and delicious North-African Beef and butternut Squash Tagine, couscous, and a light fruit dessert! A tagine is a cooking vessel and a cooking method unique to North Africa, iconic for its conincal lid, which traps steam rising from the food below, keeping it moist as it cooks. Class is for ages 16+
