Learn the art of the Zine (pronounced “zeen”): do-it-yourself magazines that anyone can make about anything.\nWhat You’ll Learn:\n-What a zine is (definition, brief history, and examples)\n-How to fold a basic 8 panel zine\n-What topic(s) to make their zine: fandom, art, fiction, personal subject, activism, etc.\nWhat You’ll Leave With:\nStudents will leave the workshop with at least one classic folded zine that is of their own creation and the knowledge of how to make more in the future.
