Come and discover the basic steps and the tools used in the Stained Glass making process, and in a step-by-step instruction, small group learning environment, you will create a stained design.\nThis class is set up to accommodate BOTH groups of a Beginner Class / Refresher Class for students new to the medium, as well as to accommodate Open Studio / ‘Maker Space’ students from a previous Baker Hunt stained glass classes that just needs a space to work in stained glass, or for current stained glass students enrolled in another class who desire more working time on a class project.\nWhat You’ll Learn:\nYou will learn how to properly use the basic tools of a stained glass artist, and you will learn the FOUR basic steps of the stained glass making process: Glass Cutting, Glass Grinding, Foiling, and Soldering. You will demonstrate these four steps on a simple class practice piece design first, and then demonstrate them on your final project design.\nWhat You’ll Leave With:\nBy the end of the course, you will have learned and experienced first-hand all the steps of how to make a piece of stained glass art, and you will leave with two completed pieces of stained glass artwork.
